Please review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Forge platform (the “Service”) operated by Forge, a product of Solidus Ai Tech Digital (“Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.


1. Definition of Service

Service” means the Forge web and mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and related software, content, and functionality provided by Forge for AI-driven data processing, automation, and workflow execution.
The Service also includes any hosted AI interfaces, documentation, and support channels made available by Forge.


2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.


3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its original content, design, and functionality are owned by Solidus Ai Tech Digital, the parent company of Forge, or its licensors.
Forge is licensed to use and sublicense these rights to users and partners solely for the operation and provision of the Service.

You may not use Forge’s trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.


4. User Content

You may submit, upload, or share content such as text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“User Content”) through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting it, you grant Forge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to enable integrations with third-party providers (e.g., Supabase or AI model APIs).

You represent that you own or have sufficient rights to the User Content and that its submission does not infringe upon third-party rights.

Forge reserves the right to remove infringing or unlawful material and terminate accounts of repeat offenders.


5. AI Outputs and Model Providers

The Service may generate AI outputs using third-party model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Groq.
You retain ownership of your AI-generated outputs, subject to the model providers’ terms.

You must comply with each provider’s terms of use, particularly regarding commercial use, resale, and content restrictions.
These third-party terms may limit how AI-generated content can be used, and users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance.

AI outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional, financial, or legal advice.
Forge and its partners disclaim responsibility for the accuracy or legality of AI-generated content.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful manner, including (without limitation):

  • Violating laws or regulations
  • Exploiting or harming minors
  • Sending spam or unauthorized communications
  • Transmitting malware or scraping data
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Interfering with Service integrity or security

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Forge processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.


8. Service Availability and Security

Forge uses Supabase and other reputable service providers for secure hosting and data management.
While robust safeguards are implemented, no system is immune from risks inherent to online data transmission.


9. Termination

Forge may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal compliance.
Upon termination, all rights to use the Service immediately cease.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidus Ai Tech Digital, Forge, and their affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the total aggregate liability of Solidus Ai Tech Digital (or Forge) for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount paid by you to Forge in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or
(b) One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100 USD).


11. Export Control and Sanctions

You may not use the Service in violation of any export-control or sanctions laws applicable in the U.S., U.K., or E.U.


12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Forge specifically disclaims any warranty that AI-generated content does not infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.


Forge respects intellectual-property rights and processes valid notices of infringement.
Refer to our Copyright Policy section above for detailed procedures.


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.


15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
